Freight prices & shipping AUSTRALIA
- FREE FREIGHT for all orders over $100 within AUSTRALIA! * Excludes heavy items (standard teepees and supersized teepees, felt ball rugs). These heavy items are charged at a flat rate of $20, which is still well below cost.
- We ship using a combination of Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, Border Express, TNT and Star Track couriers as well as Australia Post (in rare circumstances), depending on where you live in the world.
- We endeavour to have products shipped within 48 hours, and if your order is in before 12pm on a weekday, we aim to have it shipped that same day. The sooner you get your Rainbows and Clover goodies, the happier we all are!
- We pack using recycled packaging wherever possible, to reduce our footprint on the earth as much as we can. We like to do our bit for the environment, from recycled card for our printing and more.
- Our warehouse is located in Brisbane, Australia, and so, when shipping to the Eastern states you can receive your package within a couple of days, but if you live in SA, WA, NT or out of Australia, your product can take up to 2 weeks to get to you – we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait!
Freight prices & shipping INTERNATIONALLY
- Yes, we ship to many countries throughout the world! We offer standard Australia Post pricing, depending on the weight of your product, otherwise for bigger orders we ship internationally using TNT or DHL. Before payment is required, you can check the pricing, and then proceed from there. We’re happy if you require a little extra help, and have special requirements for how your package is wrapped, or a courier is required, to help with getting your order to you safely and securely. All products are the responsibility of Rainbows and Clover until they arrive with you, safe and sound.
- All orders to NZ will be charged just $10 freight*. Awesome! *If you order a teepee, your freight will be $50 to NZ.
Rainbows and Clover aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of your payment clearing, if your product is in stock, but most often, if your order is in before 12pm, we can have it shipped that same day. If what you've ordered is on backorder, or recently out of stock, we'll email you asap and let you know an approximate delivery time. If we expect further delays with your order, Rainbows and Clover will contact you to discuss your options. If your order is super urgent and you require it for a special day, please let us know at time of ordering via email or phone. We can often dispatch same day if your order is in before 12pm, which is a bonus!
