Although my product was faulty, I was reassured by you and left feeling understood and looked after, instead of with a bad taste in my mouth. I have rang your company once before to ask for measurements for another one of your products and you were more than happy to help. It is this type of service that creates repeat business and I will be sure to recommend your company to others.
